How to Check PAN Card Application Status Online

If you have applied for a new PAN card online or requested a reprint of your PAN card, you may be wondering how to check the status of your application. Fortunately, both NSDL and UTITSL (both authorized to issue PAN cards) allow you to track the status of your PAN card application online. The process is simple as long as you have the application number, which will be emailed to you once you complete your PAN card application. Please follow the steps below to check your PAN card application status.

  2. Select the application type. In this case it should be PAN – New/Change Request.
  3. Enter the confirmation number in the field below the application type. This number should be included in the email you receive from NSDL.
  4. Enter the verification code you see in the image.
  5. Click submit.

Now you will see the status of PAN card application. It will show if your application is being processed or if the process has been completed.
