Enter your details accurately and select the passport office you can visit.

Enter the verification code characters and click Register button.

Now, log in to the Passport Seva portal using your registered login ID.

choose Apply for a new passport/replacement passport Options on the Applicant Home Page.

Select the second option from the list Click here to fill out the application form online options.

Now, enter the details such as application type and passport book type.

click Next button.

Now, select View saved/submitted applications options.

click Pay and schedule an appointment Link to pay the reissue fee and schedule an appointment.

choose Online payment. It can be used to receive payments via online banking or credit or debit cards. If you are not ready for the online payment option, you can also use the Challan payment option.

Now, you need to select the PSK location and then print the application receipt.
After receiving the receipt, you need to go to the Passport Seva Kendra or regional passport office where you have made an appointment. Bring your original documents and application receipt. There is no need to bring a physical application receipt if you can show the text message you received on your phone after making an appointment online.
