Home prices in Waukesha County remain the highest in the Milwaukee area.
The median home price in Waukesha County was $468,000 in January, according to national real estate brokerage Redfin. This is 0.4% higher than January 2025.
According to a report from the Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors, there will be 5,844 homes listed in Waukesha County in 2025, with a median sales price of $576,331. That’s the highest median price in the metro area, which also includes Milwaukee, Ozaukee and Washington counties.
Sales prices in the county will increase 8.7% compared to 2024, which is higher than the metro area average increase of 6.1%
Here are the most expensive recent home sales in Waukesha County, according to Metro Milwaukee Multiple Listing Service data:
Brookfield home sells for $1.25 million
On February 2, a 6,150-square-foot home on Prairie Falcon Lane in Brookfield sold for $1.25 million.
According to the listing with Annie Haider and Coldwell Banker HomeSale Realty, the home was built in 2005 on half an acre and has four bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. It also includes a three-car garage.
The home features four private bedroom suites, a sunroom and deck, and a two-story great room with an iron staircase, according to the listing.
Summit Craftsman-style home sells for $1 million
On February 2, a five-bedroom, four-bathroom Craftsman-style home in Summit sold for $1 million.
The home, located on North Oakwoods Court, is just under 6,400 square feet. The project was built in 1995 and sits on 2.7 acres, according to the listing with Amiee Melero and Realty Executives Integrity.
The home features a gourmet kitchen, Italian black granite countertops, walk-in closets and a jacuzzi tub. The property also includes a 40-foot inground pool, concrete patio and four-car garage, according to the listing.
10 acres in Lisbon sells for $967,000
On February 6, a 10-acre property on Plainview Parkway in Lisbon sold for $967,000.
The 5,000-square-foot home was built in 1980 and has four bedrooms and four bathrooms, according to the listing with Debora Wolf and Coldwell Banker Realty. It also boasts a three-season room and four-car heated attached garage.
Recent updates to the home include new kitchen appliances, renovations in the master suite and bamboo floors in the secondary suites, according to the listing.
Delafield home sells for $755,000
On Jan. 30, a home on Juniper Court in Delafield sold for $755,000.
The home is just under 3,000 square feet and has five bedrooms and three bathrooms, according to the listing with June Paper and Berkshire Hathaway. It was built in 1999 and covers an area of 0.95 acres.
The home features nine-foot ceilings, a full masonry fireplace and a butler’s pantry, according to the listing. There is also a bar and cinema in the basement.
