George Kittle is ‘highly unlikely’ to play tonight; Bears add 2 players to the injury report

ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Sunday morning that it’s “highly unlikely” San Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle will be available against the Chicago Bears tonight. Ian Rapoport of NFL Network said Kittle will try out before the game to see if he can play.

Schefter said Ricky Pearsall is also listed as questionable, but he “will probably play.” This is good news for the 49ers passing game.

There must be something wrong with the Chicago Bears. Right tackle and Pro Bowl snub Darnell Wright was added to the injury report Saturday with an illness. Wright did not play with the team on Saturday and is officially listed as questionable.

On Sunday morning, wide receivers DJ Moore and Olamide Zaccheaus were listed on the injury report due to illness and were also listed as questionable. Chicago has ruled out their most targeted receiver, Rome Odunze. Moore is second on the team with 73 targets, while Zack is third with 63 targets.
