Hours before the military operation, four men reportedly bragged about U.S. attacks on Iran in a Washington, D.C., bar Mark Geragosattorney and co-host 2 angry men TMZ’s Podcast Harvey Levin.
Geragos said he was sitting in the bar area of Joe’s Seafood, Prime Steak & Stone Crab restaurant at 15 NW St. on Friday around 3:45 p.m., preparing for a podcast, when he overheard men at a fancy table talking loudly about Iran.
“You’re in Washington, D.C., and there are a million places you could have gone to do a peaceful podcast, but you chose Joe’s Stone Crab,” Levine said during the introduction.
“By the way, do you know why?” Geragos asked. “I was going to leave, but the conversation I overheard at the next table was so fascinating I couldn’t leave.”
“Oh, spilled!” Levine exclaimed.
At about 4:15 p.m., Geragos told Levine: “I think when things go down in Iran, that’s what’s happening — I’ll leave it at that.”
Levin responded in disbelief: “Are you kidding me? Someone from the government is next to you?”
“That’s all I’ll do,” Geragos replied coyly to Levine’s protests. When Levine asked, “What did they say?” Geragos responded, “Today is the day! Friday, we’re sitting here.”
TMZ reported that the men were “dressed in business attire… sport coats and collared shirts,” and Mark said “one of the men was loud enough that he could clearly hear… the United States is going to bomb Iran ‘today.'”
“Mark isn’t sure who these people are, but Joe’s home is only 0.2 miles from the White House,” the report continued:

This is literally the definition of “a word that sinks a ship if you don’t mean it.”
