The Oregon Ducks have a deep coaching staff, with coordinators such as Tosh Lupoi and Will Stein receiving head coaching opportunities at Cal and Kentucky respectively.
According to On3, another former Ducks coach, Adrian Klemm, has been hired by Alabama to be their next offensive line coach.

Clem was one of Oregon State head coach Dan Lanning’s first hires as the program’s offensive line coach. He spent one year in Eugene before coaching the New England Patriots in the NFL, most recently with the USC Trojans in the 2025 season.
The former Ducks O-line coach had an eight-year career in the NFL, winning three Super Bowls with the Patriots while also playing for the Green Bay Packers and Oakland Raiders.
After his career, Clem worked his way up through the coaching ranks at SMU and UCLA before being hired as the OL coach for the Pittsburgh Steelers. He spent three years with the Steelers before being hired by the Ducks on Lanning’s staff.

The well-respected Clem will now bring his extensive expertise in offensive line coaching to Alabama to work under head coach Karen DeBoer.
