Bidunga, a 6-foot-10 sophomore forward from the Democratic Republic of Congo, is averaging 7-for-8 from the field and 4-for-7 from the free throw line.
Dylan Williamson scored 19 points for Towson (6-5), which never led. The Tigers tied the score at 9 early in the second half before KU went on a 10-2 run. Kansas led by 25 points in the second half and held its opponent to less than 50 points for the second time this year.
