More Than Equal was founded by Karel Komarek and David Coulthard to find and develop the first female Formula One World Champion by providing a high-performance program to support young drivers with the potential to enter elite motorsport ranks.
Drivers are selected through a data-driven global talent ranking system, combining assessments of driving performance, physical ability, mental preparation and long-term development potential.
Each rider will receive technical and tactical guidance from coaches working with performance experts, as well as physical and mental performance support, inspired by current successful Olympic models.

The program focuses on supporting drivers through the crucial transition from karting to single-seater racing.
“I’ve seen first-hand the importance of early development in motorsport,” Coulthard said. “Beyond Equality is about looking to the future and building a pathway that creates opportunity through preparation, structure and long-term development, informed by data and evidence.

“This work is about shaping what the future of the sport can and should look like, and we’re proud to support the next generation of female riders as they progress in their careers.”
“Building a sustainable female talent pipeline requires long-term commitment and the right environment to grow,” added Beyond Equality CEO Tom Stanton.
“This recruitment reflects the increasing depth of female talent around the world, strengthens our global programs and reinforces our focus on providing talented riders with the preparation they need to advance.”
