Dragon Age: The Veilguard, Sonic Colors: Ultimate, TMNT: The Cowabunga Collection Join PS Plus in March

The PlayStation Plus monthly game lineup for March has been revealed. BioWare’s action RPG Dragon Age: Veiled Keeper, released just four months ago, ranks among the top titles coming to PS Plus next month. Other monthly games include action platformer Sonic Colors: Ultimate and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Collection. PS Plus members will be able to play these three games starting from March 4, including Essential, Extra and Deluxe/Premium tiers.

Announced on the PlayStation Blog on Wednesday, the monthly free games will be available through Sony’s gaming subscription service until March 31. PS Plus subscribers can add games to their library and continue to enjoy active membership after March 31.

PS Plus February games of the month, including Payday 3, High on Life and Pac-Man World Re-Pac, will run until March 3. The following is a detailed introduction to the games joining the subscription service in March 2025.

Dragon Age: Veiled Wardens

Bioware’s latest action RPG is coming to PS Plus just months after a disappointing launch. EA said in its financial report that the game failed to meet its sales expectations. Since then, BioWare has suffered layoffs, with the number of employees reduced to less than 100 people.

Dragon Age: Veiled Wardens is the first game in the series since 2014’s Dragon Age: Inquisition, and players are tasked with restoring order and saving the world after two ancient elven gods are released. With the help of many companions in the game, players face new threats in the land of Thedas.

Like BioWare role-playing games, the game allows players to create their own characters and choose how they play, make key decisions, and form romantic relationships with NPCs. “Dragon Age: Veiled Guard” is coming to PS5.

Sonic Colors: Ultimate

“Sonic Colors: Ultimate” will also be added to PS Plus in March. The game is a remake of the 2010 game Sonic Colors, bringing Sonic’s high-speed space adventures into the game. As Sonic the Hedgehog, players must save an alien race from Dr. Ivo Robotnik. The platforming switches between side-scrolling and third-person perspectives on different planets and levels. Sonic Colors Ultimate will run on PS4.

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Cowabunga Series

The Cowbunga Collection bundles 13 of Konami’s classic Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles games into one package. Released in 2022, the collection includes TMNT classics from the NES, Game Boy and Arcade era, bringing retro games released between 1989 and 1994 to modern platforms. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: The Cowabunga Series will be available on PS4 and PS5.

Starting March 4, all three games will be available for free for PS Plus members in the Essential, Extra, and Deluxe/Premium tiers.
