Salih Özcan’s time at Borussia Dortmund appears to be over, according to Istanbul daily Sözcü.
Besiktas are said to have reached an agreement with Dortmund and Özkan himself over a winter transfer.

The deal, reportedly worth €3 million, will be financed by the Westphalians themselves and is expected to be completed in the coming days.
While it’s not a huge windfall for the black and yellow, it’s a fair market price six months before Ozkan’s contract expires.
On Friday, December 26, Beşiktaş made space in their squad, with midfielder Nejp Uysal and goalkeeper Mert Gurnok released.
That clears the way for Özkan, who played just 21 minutes at Dortmund in the first half of the season.
All told, the 27-year-old has made 88 appearances in all competitions for Dortmund, registering just two assists.
