DETROIT (AP) — Cade Cunningham had 29 points and 11 assists and the Detroit Pistons beat the Sacramento Kings 139-116 on Sunday for their fifth win in six games.
The Eastern Conference-leading Pistons bounced back from a home loss to Houston on Friday night to improve to 33-11. After one quarter, Detroit was tied at 35. In the second quarter, Detroit led the Kings 43-30 to pull away.

Cunningham shot 13 of 22 from the field and 3 of 5 from three-point range. Pistons center Jalen Duren scored 18 points on 7-of-8 shooting, and Tobias Harris scored 16 points.
Malik Monk scored 19 points for the Kings and DeMar DeRozan scored 16 points. The Kings suffered a five-game losing streak and dropped to 12-35.
Domantas Sabonis played his fifth game for Sacramento after missing two months with a knee injury. He scored 12 points, 8 assists and 7 rebounds on 6-of-7 shooting in 24 minutes and 44 seconds.
