The 2026 Kentucky High School Basketball Media Poll, the second of the season, shows little change in the No. 1 boys poll after Louisville St. Xavier won its third straight Louisville Invitational.
This week, the Bishop Brossart Lady ‘Stangs made the list for the first time this season as the Northern Kentucky team accounted for 38 percent of the girls’ vote.

The full poll is below. First-place votes in parentheses, local teams in bold.
