One of the makeup artists at Fox’s cleaning lady allegedly witnessed an instance Timothy Busfieldof inappropriate behavior.
A New Mexico police officer interviewed Danielle Vigil In December 2025, she was asked about her experience with Bousfield, 68, when he directed an episode of the TV series.

Bousfield was named in a January arrest warrant after twin child actors accused him of sexually abusing children during filming Cleaning lady.
“Daniel stated that everyone knew to avoid Timothy because he was creepy,” the arrest warrant further claims. “Danielle was extremely afraid of retaliation for speaking to me and feared she would no longer be able to work in the film industry.”
Bousfield was also interviewed on the arrest warrant and admitted it was “highly likely” he had physical contact with the accuser.
“Timothy said it was a fun environment that he wanted,” the officer wrote, claiming Busfield recalled “no rules” about touching children. “Timothy initially said, ‘That’s not allowed at all. No, there’s no agreement. I mean, I’m always around people, right? You know, that would be in front of parents.'”
Bousfield reportedly “didn’t really remember” picking up or tickling the alleged victim.
“I don’t remember if it happened,” he said. “I don’t recall ever publicly tickling boys, but it’s not unusual for me.”

Bousfield turned himself in to law enforcement officials in New Mexico on Tuesday, Jan. 13, and categorically denied the charges.
“I didn’t do anything to those little boys,” he said in a video obtained by TMZ, vowing to “fight these lies.”

While these issues are personal and do not directly involve Melissa or the brand, we respect the family’s privacy as they face difficult and personal circumstances. Our focus remains on supporting our community and continuing our work with care, responsibility and intention.”
