Bradley Lock of Pro Football Focus recently listed one free agent every team should pursue this offseason, and for the Bengals, that pick is linebacker Devin Lloyd.

Lloyd is coming off his first Pro Bowl selection and a second-team All-Pro career, which would represent a clear upgrade for Cincinnati in the middle of the field.
“The Bengals have no choice but to tweak their defensive staff after scoring 29 points on the seasonth EPA per game and 28th In terms of success rate. While all three levels could use an upgrade, Cincinnati ranks last in overall grade at linebacker — something Lloyd could fix in one fell swoop,” Lock wrote.

“… With the seventh-most cap space currently available, the Bengals can take advantage on defense, and the 27-year-old is certainly eligible.”
