CBS News’ Andrew Huberman Tells Bill Maher ‘Epstein Didn’t Kill Himself’

Bari Weiss, who hired health expert Andrew Huberman as one of CBS News’ new contributors in January, said he doesn’t believe convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein committed suicide in prison.

Huberman made the statement on the Bill Maher Show Club random On Monday’s (March 23) podcast, the two discussed Epstein’s crimes and his connections to various industries and influential figures.

“He was killed,” Huberman said, according to Mediaite. “It was clear he was killed, not a suicide.” He went on to mention other suspected suicides, including Virginia Giuffre, the woman who accused Epstein of trafficking her to the former Prince Andrew, and Al Seckel, who was married to Ghislaine Maxwell’s sister.

“There’s obviously a lot of people who are beating themselves up over this,” Huberman said.

“It’s very possible that these deaths were caused by reasonable suspicion,” Maher added. “Because a lot of people had a lot to hide.”

Huberman went on to say that what was most shocking to him was that so many people associated with Epstein “ignored the fact that he was a pedophile.” He added that Epstein’s 2008 guilty plea to soliciting prostitution from a minor should have made him “radioactive” from that point on.

“You think they fucking care about morals?” Maher responded, adding that Epstein maintained all of his high-profile relationships because “he was a pimp.”

“I can’t believe I have to explain this to everyone. He’s a pimp, okay,” real time the host said. “There are people in the world… let’s just say, a lot of them are very achievement-oriented in their fields, whether it’s science or finance, but they have no idea how to get women into bed.”

Huberman responded: “Oh, so you think these guys are too stupid to get laid?”

“Correct,” Maher said.
