The Cleveland Browns are underdogs against the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 17 of the 2025 NFL season, although the NFL may prefer upsets. For Browns, DE Myles Garrett’s Pursuing a single-season sack record and positioning himself in the 2026 NFL Draft are truly the most important things in the final two weeks of the season.
We also now have a good idea of which teams Cleveland will play at home and on the road during the 2026 NFL schedule, but we don’t know some of the key players on the Browns’ roster at that time. Some of these key players will be entering the 2026 NFL Draft. Our previous NFL mock draft had Cleveland adding QB Fernando Mendoza at the top.

This week’s 2026 Browns mock draft is done with the help of the Pro Football Network Mock Draft Simulator and features a different quarterback for Cleveland in the first round:
Round 1 – Quarterback Dante Moore, oregon
It won’t take long for many Browns fans to know that Moore grew up in northern Ohio before moving to Michigan. Moore has yet to issue a statement, but one analyst made an interesting comparison about the Oregon duck product:
Round 1 – WR Chris Brazell II, Tennessee
How does a 6-foot-5 receiver with over 1,000 yards and nine touchdowns give Moore a more diverse group of receivers this year?
Round 2 – OT Austin Sierveld, Ohio State
The offensive line needs help, and Schayeveld has been outstanding on the defending national championship team.

Round 3 – TE Max Klare, Ohio State
Clare’s numbers dropped off a bit after transferring from Purdue, but his skills as a receiver are obvious to any Buckeye faithful. Another 6-foot-5 pass catcher takes charge of the revamped offense.
Fourth Round – OT Dametrious Crownover, Texas A&M
Just a huge solution that might take a year to develop if Davande Jones Stay healthy or right tackle in 2026.
Fifth Round – S Earl Little Jr., Florida State
The son of former Browns DB Earl Little Sr., Cleveland’s secondary and special teams need reinforcements.
Round 5 – LB Lander Barton, Utah
Patton is a long, fast, long-range linebacker who can help replace Devin Bushif he leaves in free agency, or immediately join the talent pool and provide help on special teams

Round 5 – OL Kade Pieper, Iowa State
The offensive line could need as many as five or six new players next year, and the tight end from Iowa State typically plays a role
Round 7 – DT Chris McClellan, Missouri
Round 7 – WR De’Zhaun Stribling, Mississippi State
Round 7 – DE Caden Curry, Ohio State
The greater the depth for key positions, the greater the competition.
