The NFL has successfully blocked the NFLPA from publicly releasing its team transcripts, but that hasn’t stopped leaks following the 2026 grades from spreading online.
ESPN first reported the leaked team grades on Thursday, with the Miami Dolphins earning the best overall grade and the Pittsburgh Steelers earning the worst. Now, thanks to KOA Radio’s Benjamin Albright, we also know where the Denver Broncos finished.

The Broncos received high grades from their players in most categories, with only the locker room (D) falling below a B grade. That will no doubt change when the team’s new training facility opens later this year. Check out more grades below, courtesy of Allbright:

Broncos owner and CEO Greg Penner said at last month’s end-of-season press conference that the NFLPA’s results provide useful information for the team.
“I think we’ve gotten some good input from it and we’ve tried to respond to it as best we can,” Penner said. “I’m looking forward to seeing what’s in there. In the last few surveys, our players have said our locker room isn’t great. It’s too small. We’ll probably get an F on that, and that’s why we’re going to build a new facility. Not the only reason, but one reason.”

Not surprisingly, Penner and the team’s ownership group are well-liked by the players.
