Despite previous reports, the Colts have finally officially hired former Bengals defensive line coach Marion Hobby.
That means Hobby is the latest former member of the Bengals to link up with former coordinator Lou Anarumo. That could impact how Hendrickson views free agency and even how the Colts navigate the trade market.
For now, the Bengals will evaluate Hendrickson’s value to the NFL at the combine before deciding whether to attempt a tag trade. Maybe the Colts would be interested in that scenario.

Regardless, the Colts are already a team to watch… Hobby’s arrival may only reinforce that idea.
