Alex Golesh’s first signing day as head coach of the Auburn Tigers is approaching.
As is customary during head coaching changes, several members of Auburn’s 2026 class have recommitted and will likely sign elsewhere, while others have joined and will make their commitments to Auburn officials on Wednesday.

Despite only having three days to complete his recruiting class, Gorsh is ready to piece together a solid class.
“The class that’s committed, the class that’s committed, may be a little shaken, working through that part, working through the guys that we’ve recruited at the last place or the guys that may have committed elsewhere, trying to make sure Wednesday is the best it can be,” Gorsh said during Monday’s introductory press conference.

How recent staff hires will impact Auburn’s 2026 signing class
Alex Golesh brought several members of his staff to Auburn from USF, including former Auburn quarterback and wide receiver Kodi Burns. He also retained defensive coordinator/interim head coach DJ Durkin and defensive line coach Votrell King-Williams, both of whom are popular among Auburn’s current players and recruits.
It will be interesting to see how the retention of Durkin and Kim Williams will impact Wednesday’s recruiting action.
