Renowned leaker Billbil-kun, who has a track record of delivering accurate exclusives on games and gaming hardware, claimed in a Dealabs report on Wednesday that Assassin’s Creed Phantoms and Wolong: Fallen Reign will be added to the PS Plus game catalog in December.
According to sources, both games will be added to PS Plus on December 16. Details on the rest of the game catalog lineup for this month have not yet been announced. The leaker also claims that SoulCalibur III will be added to the classic catalog this month and will only be available to PS Plus Deluxe/Premium members.
Last month, Assassin’s Creed Phantoms received a free DLC called “Valley of Memories.” The update adds new story chapters, new map areas, new weapons and gear, and gameplay improvements.
“Mirage” launches on October 5, 2023, while Team Ninja’s Souls-based action role-playing game “Wolong: Fallen Reign” releases on March 3, 2023.
Sony has yet to confirm plans for the PS Plus game catalog in December. However, this month’s PS Plus Essential series is already online. All subscribers can now add Lego Horizon Adventures, Killing Floor 3, The Outlast Trials, Neon White, and Synduality Echo of Ada to their libraries.
December is shaping up to be a big month for the PS Plus game catalog. On December 2, the subscription service added the newly released PS5 version of Red Dead Redemption as a day-one launch game. On December 8th, Game Catalog added the first launch game in “Skate Story”, a visually stunning skateboarding game developed by independent developer Sam Eng.
