Slim Chickens is renovating its former Arby’s location in Pasco into its first Eastern Washington location.
Fayetteville, Arkansas-based Slim Chickens is investing about $1 million to renovate a closed fast-food restaurant at 5115 68th Road, according to a building permit issued by the city of Pasco.
Arby’s closed the store at the end of 2024, more than a year ago.

Slim Chickens could not immediately be reached for comment on its expansion into the area or when new restaurants will open. As of January 23, construction had not yet begun.
The property is owned by Pasco Commercial Investments LLC and has a tax value of approximately $1.7 million.

Slim Chickens operates restaurants in approximately 30 states. Pasco will be its third Northwest location and second in Washington.
The other two are located at Joint Base Lewis-McChord (JBLM) near Tacoma and Meridian, Idaho.
Its menu includes chicken tenders, wings, fries, sides and drinks.
