Arizona Cardinals to retain OL coach Justin Frye

The Arizona Cardinals will not have a new offensive line coach in 2026. The Cardinals will retain Justin Frye to coach the offensive line under new head coach Mike LaFleur, according to CBS Sports’ Matt Zenitz.

Frye was hired last offseason by former head coach Jonathan Gannon. He previously served as offensive line coach at Ohio State.

The Cardinals’ offensive line struggled last season but made strides in the development of their young players late this year. Undrafted rookie tackle Josh Fryar was outstanding. Isaiah Adams struggled early and was benched in favor of Will Hernandez, but ended the year strong after Hernandez was injured. Jon Gaines made a lot of plays down the stretch and was pretty good.

The Cardinals offense is taking shape.
