With the latest software update, your Nintendo Switch is sharing your player data through Google Analytics. The Nintendo Switch system update to version 11.0.0 was released last week, and the new software patch actually brings some major changes to the table. Some key features include the ability to share screenshots and videos directly to your smartphone by scanning a QR code; the ability to transfer screenshots and videos to a PC using a USB cable; Nintendo Switch Online can now be accessed through the main menu and more.
Of all the cool new features, however, what’s not cool is that Nintendo has enabled a setting to share player data via Google Analytics. For better privacy, you should disable this feature.
