Football Transfer reports that young Belgian star Mika Goetz is now on the radar of Liverpool following a stunning season with Ajax.
The 20-year-old joined Amsterdam from his hometown of Genk in January 2024 and really made his decisive step this season.
Arsenal also interested in ‘New Hazard’
The report said: “Goetz has recently been the subject of an investigation by Arsenal and Liverpool have now been added to his list of admirers.”
The left-winger excels in one-on-one dribbling and has scored 13 goals and provided eight assists in the Dutch top flight this season.

Goetz, dubbed the “new Eden Hazard” early in his career, is contracted at the Johan Cruyff Arena until 2029, but now looks destined to leave before then.
Goetz has been the protagonist of a very ordinary season for Ajax, which cost former Liverpool assistant John Heitinga his job as head coach.
But Goetz – who dreams of playing for Belgium at the upcoming FIFA World Cup – has proven he is capable of fighting.
