“I do,” Glazer said when asked if he thought Crosby’s time with the Raiders was over. Glazer added that Crosby’s attitude is that he won’t go through another rebuild and that he has communicated his position to owner Mark Davis.
This is not surprising. He was furious when the Raiders placed Crosby on injured reserve with two games left in the regular season. The following Sunday, Glazer reported (based on conversations with the Raiders) that Crosby “unhappy“.
The turning point was the decision to shut down Crosby early. Crosby was willing to play no matter what. The Raiders took that away from him by preventing him from playing, with the likely goal of securing the Raiders’ No. 1 pick in the 2026 draft.
Glazer predicts Crosby will fetch more on the trade market than the Cowboys paid for Micah Parsons.

Crosby’s contract runs through 2029 and pays an average of $29 million per year. The Raiders would only be able to absorb $5.1 million in dead money by trading him.
With a new team, Crosby could be offered a new contract.
