A female police officer groped two colleagues and tried to kiss an inspector during a leaving party, a misconduct hearing heard.
North Wales police officer Pamela Pritchard, 29, was charged with gross misconduct during a Caernarfon Rugby Club event in Gwynedd in March 2024.
Pritchard twice squeezed a male officer’s genitals and fondled a female colleague’s breasts from behind, the hearing was told.
Pc Pritchard, who was caught on CCTV twerking during the party, said she had “no recollection” of the events and denied serious misconduct or breaching standards of professional conduct.

She said: “My behavior that night was inappropriate. I have never behaved like this before. I am deeply ashamed of these accusations.”
“The comments and the CCTV that I saw and heard, that’s not who I am. I’m not that person and I don’t recognize myself on the CCTV.
“I would never mean to offend anyone. I’m not that kind of person, I’m a good person.”
A tearful mother-of-one told the panel: “I failed the police, myself, my friends and family and most importantly I failed my little girl.
“Please don’t think I’m gone, I never thought about it from the moment I woke up to the moment I fell asleep.”
Pritchard is also accused of trying to kiss a male inspector, “causing him to run away”.
One officer, known only as “Constable B”, said Pritchard “out of the blue” groped him while he was waiting for a drink at the bar.
He said: “Pritchard grabbed me below the waistband and put his hand on my genitals outside my clothing.
“It was absolutely inappropriate – I felt a bit humiliated at the time.”

Later, a group of police officers walked outside to the smoking area.
“She did the same thing again,” he said. “She grabbed my genitals outside of my clothes and I distinctly remember her squeezing them.”
Later that night, he said, she sat on his knee, adding: “I remember her putting her hands around my neck and kissing me on the lips.
“This was inappropriate – this was in a public place. Her behavior became increasingly unacceptable.”
But Pritchard told the hearing: “I completely deny that I intentionally touched his groin.”
Fiona Clancy, for Pc Pritchard, said Pc B had been “teasing her and interfering with her love life” during nights out, but Pc B denied this.
Another female officer, identified as “Constable A”, said: “Pritchard came up from behind me, put his arms around my neck and then under my armpits, grabbed my breasts and squeezed them.”
Ms. A said that although the incident lasted about two seconds, she believed it could not be an accident.
Pc Pritchard denied the allegation and denied trying to kiss a separate colleague and using inappropriate language towards two colleagues.
The hearing at Colvin Bay Police Headquarters continues.
