Nominations are compiled by FIFA and football stakeholders and then reviewed by FIFA football experts. The shortlist will be announced later on the FIFA website.

Vinicius Jr and Aitana Bonmati are the 2024 men’s and women’s champions respectively.

Who decides the winner?
