As 2025 draws to a close, Japan continues its long tradition of hosting major boxing matches on New Year’s Eve. Just like PRIDE, K-1 and DREAM before it, RIZIN has held an annual event for ten years, and this year’s event is called “RIZIN Year-End Super Power Station Festival (Festival)”
RIZIN’s NYE show will air live on RIZIN.tv on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11pm ET and will continue into the morning.

The card will feature as many as five title fights, headlined by Japanese stars Asakura Minoru Against the undefeated RIZIN Featherweight Champion Razabali Shaduloyev (16-0). Other defending champions include Roberto Satos de Sousa, Naoki Inoueand Ize Qingxiang.
With former two-division champion Kyouji Horiguchi switching to the UFC, RIZIN will also conclude their flyweight championship and crown a new champion Ogikubo Hiromasa bear Yuki Montoya in the finals.
The card was originally supposed to feature the UFC vet and Bellator champion Ryan Baderuntil a late injury canceled his game. Yaman and Yutaka Saito Also scrapped due to an orbital injury, but the stacked card will still feature 15 games.
