The San Francisco 49ers looked healthy in the first half of their Week 16 game against the Indianapolis Colts at Lucas Oil Stadium, but things took a turn in the second half.
After seeing tight end George Kittle go down late in the third quarter, 49ers linebacker Tatum Bethune also jogged off the field with an injury on the next possession.

Bethune just returned to the team’s defensive lineup after missing the past few weeks with an ankle injury. His return is questionable due to renewed ankle issues, according to the team.
With Curtis Robinson inactive and Fred Warner and Nick Martin on injured reserve, former All-Pro Eric Kendricks will take over along with Dee Winters.
