The 5-foot-10, 165-pound standout is considered a perfect fit for what Rich Rodriguez wants to accomplish in WVU’s offense.
“Hill is a dynamic athlete with excellent vision, cutting ability and speed, making him a near-perfect match for the Mountaineers on offense,” WVSports.com’s Keenan Cummings wrote last summer. “He’s a scoring threat every time he touches the ball, which will be a great fit in Rich Rodriguez’s offense.”
Hill’s exit leaves the Mountaineers with zero commitments in the 2027 class. Program’s 2027 effort takes a hit in November as three-star linebacker retires Minicon Johnson.
Hill ranks No. 305 overall and No. 23 by its location in the 2027 Rivals industry rankings.
