After a series of trades, Buffalo entered the evening with the No. 26 pick and completely exited the first round. Now the Bills’ No. 1 pick is likely to be the 35th overall pick in the second round.
After that, the next pick is the 55th pick of the third round, giving the Bills nine picks in total… which brings me to the question: Who will the Bills end up targeting?
Here’s a quick list of the top players remaining on the draft board heading into day two of the 2026 draft who could be of interest to the Bills:
Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee
Denzel Boston, WR, Washington
Emmanuel McNeil-Warren, S, Toledo
Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee
