This was noticed when the “Down Detector” chart peaked to complaints against YouTube at around 6 am IST. According to the website, the problem started at 6:53 PM Eastern Time (5:23 AM Standard Time), and users said they had trouble watching on the platform.

YouTube informed users through a tweet that its service has been relaunched two later, saying that the service has been repaired on all devices and YouTube services. However, the update did not provide any explanation for the cause of the interruption.
