Alpine has completed its driver pairing for next year after retaining Argentinian Franco Colapinto.
Mercedes approved their lineup in October after delays in preparing contracts, while new team Cadillac named their driver pairings in August.
His place is gone after 25-year-old Yuki Tsunoda was dropped from Red Bull.
