It is said that Vivo Y32 has surfaced on TENAA in China, and its look and feel are similar to Vivo Y33s. The back of the new Vivo phone seems to have a waterdrop-like display notch and multi-camera setup. It also seems to have a gradient finish, which is a common feature of all budget and mid-range Vivo phones. Vivo Y32 may be positioned as a cheap 4G mobile phone by the Chinese company. Although details about its release have not been disclosed, the model may be added to the existing Vivo Y series in the future. Some of its specifications are also listed on the Chinese certification website to recommend its hardware before the official release.
The TENAA list shows a Vivo phone with model number V2158A. This is considered to be related to the Vivo Y32 model.
In order to provide some details about the design, the online listing shows the phone through some early photos. The front of the phone shows its water drop notch, while the back shows its multi-camera setup. The positioning and design of the rear camera module are very similar to those on the Vivo Y33s that we launched in India in August.
Vivo Y32 specifications (expected)
The TENAA list also includes some specifications of the phone. It shows that Vivo Y32 runs on Android 11, has a 6.51-inch HD+ (1,600×720 pixel) TFT display, driven by an eight-core SoC, and 4GB, 6GB, and 8GB RAM options. The phone also has onboard storage models of 64GB, 128GB and 256GB.
Vivo seems to provide dual rear camera settings on the phone. Some reports believe that it is a triple rear camera module, although the back images and specifications on the TENAA list do not clearly confirm any such details. TechnologyShout is also unable to independently verify the reported information.
The camera settings on the Vivo phone list a 13-megapixel main camera sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor on the back. The TENAA listing also shows that there is an 8-megapixel selfie camera sensor on the front.
In addition, this smartphone seems to have a 4,910 mAh battery and is available in two colors. According to the list, it measures 165.01×75.20×9.19 mm and weighs 204.75 grams.
Vivo has not provided any detailed information about the Vivo Y32. However, according to reports, this mobile phone with the same V2158A model received China Compulsory Certification (3C) approval earlier this month. Therefore, we can safely expect some other certification bodies to list smartphones in the next few days.
