Veteran actor Waheeda Rehman, winner of the Padma Shri and Padma Bhushan Awards, is now the proud owner of the all-new BMW 5 Series. The luxury sedan was recently delivered to the actor by a BMW dealership in Mumbai, and images of it were recently posted on social media. The actor made his debut in 1955 with the Telugu film Rojulu Marayi and remains one of the most iconic names in the Indian film industry. Her credits also include films such as Guide, Pyaasa, Kaagaz Ke Phool, Sahib Biwi Aur Ghulam, Lamhe and more. The actor was last seen in the Netflix movie Skater Girl.

Waheeda Rehman’s BMW 5 Series comes in a fantastic Bluestone Metallic (grey) and M Sport finish. One of the most popular luxury sedans sold by the Bavarian automaker, the 5 Series offers a healthy mix of performance and luxury. The car gets a press fit for 2021, bringing a wider double kidney grille, revised headlights with adaptive LED laser technology, and new L-shaped LED DRLs. The rear sports L-shaped 3D signature LED lights, further adding to the sharp look of the sedan.

The cabin of the BMW 5 Series is full of luxury and features a design typical of the German automaker’s cars. It has a 10.25-inch infotainment screen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, perforated Sensatec (leatherette) interior, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument console, ambient lighting, 360-degree camera, four-zone climate control Wait.

Power for the BMW 5 Series comes from the 2.0-litre petrol engine in the 530i M Sport, which has 248 bhp and 350 Nm of peak torque. Also on the 520d Luxury Line is a 2.0-liter diesel engine with 188 hp and 400 Nm of torque. There’s also a more powerful 530d with a 3.0-litre diesel that puts out 261 bhp and 620 Nm. All three engines are paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission that sends power to the rear wheels. The 5 Series is priced at Rs 6.45 lakh, up to Rs 7.45 lakh (ex-showroom India). In addition to the 5 Series, Waheeda Rehman also owns the eighth-generation Honda Accord.
