LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) – A crash on PA-283 in Lancaster County shut down traffic for about an hour.
According to a 511PA alert, a multi-vehicle eastbound crash occurred near the Rheems/Elizabethtown exit around 3:30 Friday afternoon.
Video from a Pennsylvania Department of Transportation camera showed both lanes of traffic backing up and motionless. The alert said there were lane restrictions in place at the time.
Initially, drivers stopped while crews cleared the scene.
