Raspberry Pi computing module 4 has been activated. More than a year after the Raspberry Pi 4 was launched, the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 was released today, starting at US$25 (approximately Rs 1,833). Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 is essentially the on-module system version of Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, suitable for deep embedded computing applications. It is the successor of Raspberry Pi Compute Module 3+. It will offer 32 variants, including RAM options and sizes. It has the same 64-bit 1.5GHz quad-core BCM2711 processor as the Raspberry P 4i. The company said that Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 is by far the best and most powerful module.

As mentioned above, Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 will provide 32 versions. This includes four RAM options, four Flash storage options, and optional wireless connectivity. Prices range from US$25 (approximately Rs 1,833) for 1GB RAM, Lite (no wireless version) to US$90 (approximately Rs 6,598) for 8GB RAM, 32GB flash memory, and wireless version.
Raspberry Pi Compute Module 4 Specifications
Raspberry Pi computing module 4 has dual HDMI interfaces with a resolution of up to 4K and a single-channel PCI Express 2.0 interface. It has dual MIPI DSI display and dual MIPI CSI-2 camera interface. It has 28 GPIO pins. It offers 1GB, 2GB, 4GB or 8GB LPDDR4-3200 SDRAM, and has optional 8GB, 16GB or 32GB eMMC flash storage.
When entering the video, it has VideoCore VI graphics, supports OpenGL ES 3.x, 4Kp60 hardware decoding of H.265 (HEVC) video. It supports 1080p60 hardware decoding and 1080p30 hardware encoding of H.264 (AVC) video.
