The Chinese company confirmed through media invitation that Vivo V20 will be launched in India on Wednesday, December 2. The flagship Vivo mobile phone and Vivo V20 were unveiled at an event held in Thailand in September. The main highlights of Vivo V20 Pro include selfie cameras, Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC and 33W fast charging support. The smartphone is also pre-installed with a series of -specific functions, including dual-view video, Slo-Mo selfie video, super night mode and dynamic autofocus.

According to the invitation to the media to “block you from dating”, the Vivo V20 Pro India launch event will be held on December 2. The company may host virtual events to announce the arrival of new phones.

Last month, Jerome Chen, CEO of Vivo India, confirmed that Vivo V20 Pro will debut in India at the end of November. However, Chen did not provide any specific startup details. However, Vivo recently started registering the Vivo V20 Pro in the country. In some reports, a release date of December 2 was also suggested earlier.

The price of Vivo V20 Pro in India has not yet been announced. However, it is expected to be close to the situation announced in Thailand earlier this year. The first retail price of this phone is 14,999 baht (approximately Rs 36,600) and is suitable for a single 8GB + 128GB storage version. It has three color options-Moonlight Sonata, Midnight Jazz and Sunset Melody.

Vivo V20 Pro specifications

Vivo V20 Pro runs Android 11 with Funtouch OS 11 on top. It has a 6.44-inch Full HD+ (1,080×2,400 ) AMOLED display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. This phone is powered by an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC, with 8GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage.

For photography, the Vivo V20 Pro has a triple rear camera setup, including a 64-megapixel ISOCELL GW1 sensor with f/1.89 lens, an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with f/2.2 ultra-wide-angle lens and one with f/ 2.4-lens 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. The phone is also equipped with a dual selfie camera setup, which includes a 44-megapixel main sensor and an 8-pixel secondary sensor.

Vivo provides a 4, battery on the V20 Pro with 33W FlashCharge fast charging support. Connection options on the phone include 5G, 4G LTE and USB Type-C ports.
