Terrifying Conclusion of Secret Senate War Briefing Revealed

Lawmakers revealed Donald Trump’s new foreign policy priorities in the Middle East during a secret Senate briefing, which could set the stage for endless U.S. military operations in the region. Democratic Sen. Mark Warner, who serves as vice chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee, attended a classified Monday night briefing with Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Dan Kaine and CIA Director John Ratcliffe about the president’s decision to launch an all-out war against Iran over the weekend. Warner told reporters that the officials explained how Israel warned it faced an imminent threat from Tehran before the attack. Officials apparently went on to say that Israel’s plan to preempt, in effect force the United States, to conduct pre-emptive strikes against Iranian targets was based on protecting U.S. military assets in the region from possible retaliatory strikes by the Islamic regime.
