The new number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship will be determined next week on WWE NXT, with the brand’s new interim general manager Robert Stone engaging in a tag team match with a unique stipulation official on Tuesday’s show.
Champion Jacy Jayne, accompanied by Fatal Influence, called out Sol Ruca on the show because it was Ruca who eliminated her in Saturday’s Women’s Royal Rumble match. However, Jayne’s reply was Ruka’s tag team partner Zaria, who said she would make things happen on her own because Ruka would always have a chance handed to her.

EVOLVE Women’s Champion Kendal Gray and her tag team partner Wren Sinclair are out, Kendal Grey faced Jayne after winning the Women’s Iron Survivor match at Deadline, but lost. The two get into an argument with Zaria and Zayn, and Ruka comes out, shooting Zaria while adding her name to the mix. The team has been in trouble for weeks, and the addition of Ruka didn’t help Tuesday’s game.
During the debate, Stone stepped in to schedule a doubles match for next week, with Zaluka facing WrenQCC. He stated that whoever wins for his team will be the number one contender for the NXT Women’s Championship.
