The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G design seems to have been leaked in the form of renderings showing the new design of the cover or external display and the camera. According to a new report, the upcoming second-generation Samsung Galaxy Fold will offer two color options, Mystic Black and Mystic Bronze, and its external display will be much larger than the previous generation. Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G at the Unpacked event held on August 5.
According to a report by MySmartPrice, high-resolution renderings of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G have been leaked. They show a slender bezel protective cover display, occupying most of the front of the phone. You can also see the speaker grille and the central hole punch cut out for the camera. The cover display of the first-generation Galaxy Fold is much smaller, especially at the top and bottom, with huge bezels.
The rendering also shows that the phone is in an unfolded state, and another hole punch is cut out on the right screen. The camera notch of the first-generation Galaxy Fold was relatively large. It seems that Samsung has decided to adopt a different design for the Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G camera. You can also see the triple camera settings and flash module on the back.
The report mentioned two color options, namely the mysterious black and mysterious bronze of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G. Recently, a well-known salesman also made a trick for the bronze variant, as well as a similar-looking rendering of the phone, with a large front display and a punch-out cutout for the camera.
When it comes to the size of these displays, an earlier leak indicated that the Galaxy Z Fold 2 will be equipped with a 7.7-inch Super AMOLED screen in its expanded form and 120Hz refresh rate. The shell display is said to be a 6.23-inch Super AMOLED screen.
Samsung recently mocked the release of its second-generation Galaxy Fold at the Unpacked event. According to the latest real-time image leak of the phone’s startup screen, the product is called Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 2 5G. The event is scheduled to be held on August 5, and the company will launch five new devices.
