KYIV, Feb 22 (Reuters) – Russia has attacked Ukraine using dozens of attack drones as well as ballistic and cruise missiles, focusing on energy infrastructure, the Ukrainian military and local officials said on Sunday.
They said overnight attacks hit Kiev and areas surrounding the capital, the Black Sea port of Odessa and central Ukraine
At least one person was injured in the Kiev region and more than a dozen houses were damaged in five districts, Kyiv region governor Mykola Kalashnik said on the Telegram messaging app.

Odessa Governor Oleh Kiper wrote on Telegram that the fire caused by a night drone attack on the region’s energy infrastructure has been extinguished.
Russia attacks Ukraine’s energy systems on an almost daily basis, attacking thermal power plants and substations.
Attacks on power stations, energy transmission systems and the gas sector are an important part of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine in February 2022. Moscow says it is seeking to weaken Ukraine’s warfighting capabilities.
