Reliance Jio has launched a new Rs. The 222 data add-on pack is exclusively for the ongoing FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. The plan is valid for 30 days. Top-up packs provide up to 50GB of high-speed data consumption. According to the telecom operator, the plan does not offer any calling or texting benefits. The plan can only be used with an existing Basic plan, and can use data to stream the FIFA World Cup. Read on to learn all the details of the program.

Reliance Jio Rs. 222 Benefits of Data Plans

New Rs dubbed Soccer World Cup Packet. Jio’s 222 data plan comes with 50GB of high-speed data. However, it’s only available when combined with an existing basic plan, and subscribers can only use the extra data once they’ve exhausted their daily data limit. The plan can be accessed through Jio’s website or the My Jio app.

The program is only valid for 30 days. It was launched exclusively for football fans, enabling them to stream matches live on JioCinema and other platforms. Therefore, telecom operators may abandon the plan after the 2022 FIFA World Cup. However, there is a similar plan for Rs 100. 301 with all benefits in Rs. 222 plan.

Apart from that, Jio can also opt for a cheaper data add-on plan priced at Rs. 181. It provides 30GB data for 30 days in existing plan.

Not only Reliance, but other telecom operators have also launched packages for the FIFA 2022 World Cup. Recently, Vodafone Idea launched four new International Roaming (IR) plans specially designed for the ongoing 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. These Vi roaming recharge packs come with data connectivity, outgoing calls to India, SMS and other extra benefits. These plans are only available in Qatar, Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
