I had a chance to spend some time with the device, and here’s what you need to know.

Starting with the pricing, the Realme P4 Pro India price starts at Rs. The base version is priced at 24,999 and comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. The 8GB RAM and 256GB models are priced at Rs. 26,999, while the top-end model with 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage is priced at Rs 28,999. The phone will be available on Flipkart, realme.com and major offline retail stores from August 27, 2025.

The brand’s latest phone is available in three color options: Birch, Dark Oak, and Midnight Ivy.

Realme is known for producing well-designed smartphones and this phone is no exception. The phone features a stylish design language and is available in three colors: Birch, Dark Oak, and Midnight Ivy. We were sent the Midnight Ivy color option for review and it does look refreshing. The soft emerald green color gives it a premium look, while the large rectangular camera island adds a two-tone effect. However, when you place it on a flat surface, you get a wobble.

Despite the large 7,000mAh battery, it feels sturdy and comfortable in the hand. The Realme device is 7.68 mm thick and weighs 189 grams, making it one of the few phones with such a sleek design and such high battery backup. Additionally, the phone is IP68 and IP69 rated, making it water and dustproof.

Realme P4 Pro is equipped with a dedicated HyperVision AI chip to enhance the visual experience.

Realme P4 Pro also comes with an industry-leading display. The phone features a 6.8-inch 1.5K OLED display with a resolution of 1280×2880 pixels. The device also features a 144Hz screen refresh rate, 100% DCI-P3 color gamut, up to 4608Hz PWM dimming, and Corning Gorilla Glass 7i protection. What’s more, it also comes with a dedicated HyperVision AI chipset powered by the Pixelworks X7 Gen 2 visual processor.

The AI chip is tasked with processing visual calculations such as graphics rendering, frame rate enhancement, and AI-based video enhancement. The brand claims that users can get up to 144 fps gaming experience in over 100 supported turtles including BGMI.

The latest phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor.

Talking about performance, the phone is also powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 processor and Adreno 722 GPU. The device also comes with up to 12GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 3.1 storage. That’s not all; the phone also comes with a 7,000 mm² VC cooling system that helps manage thermal performance.

The device runs Android 15-based Realme UI 6.0. The company promises three years of Android updates and four years of security updates for its latest devices. That said, there are some high claims, but we’ll be sure to test those claims and discuss them in depth in an upcoming review.

The phone comes with 50-megapixel dual rear cameras.

The Realme P4 Pro has a dual-camera setup on the rear panel. The phone features a 50-megapixel Sony IMX896 sensor with f/1.8 aperture and OIS support, and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens with f/2.2 aperture. On the front, you get a 50-megapixel OV50D sensor with f/2.4 aperture, which is great for selfies and video calls. The phone also comes with interesting AI features to enhance the photo experience, and we will discuss them in detail in the review.

Finally, the Realme P4 Pro is equipped with a 7,000mAh battery, ensuring long-lasting battery life. The phone offers 80W fast charging support as well as 10W reverse fast charging support. Additionally, you get features like bypass charging, which is also available in the GT series.

All in all, the Realme P4 Pro seems to be a good option in this price segment as it perfectly combines a stylish design with gaming-centric performance. However, we have phones like the Poco X7 Pro, OnePlus Nord CE 5, iQOO Neo 10R, Infinix GT 30 Pro 5G+, etc. that offer comparable performance in this price segment.
