Oppo Reno 4 Pro has been launched in India. The new smartphone is the successor to the Reno 3 Pro that debuted in March, with a punch-hole display design and a quad rear camera setup. Oppo Reno 4 Pro is also equipped with the company’s proprietary 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 fast charging technology. Oppo initially launched Reno 4 Pro in China in June and provided a list of different specifications. The Chinese version is equipped with a triple rear camera and includes Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G SoC.
Oppo Reno 4 Pro price in India, launch offer
India’s Oppo Reno 4 Pro is priced at Rs. The separate 8GB RAM + 128GB storage version is 34,990. The phone has two different color options, namely “Starry Night” and “Silk White”. It will be available in the country from August 5 through various online and offline retail channels, including Amazon, Flipkart, Snapdeal, Paytm Mall and Tata Cliq, as well as Reliance Digital, Croma, Sangeetha and Poorvika.
Oppo Reno 4 Pro launch offers include 10% cash back from selected banks, redemption discounts through Cashify, and free EMI options for up to 9 months. Oppo also announced that it will provide 1,000 Reno 4 Pro “unique gift boxes”, which will be available to customers who book mobile phones through Amazon and Flipkart.
Recall that the Chinese version of Oppo Reno 4 Pro was launched in an 8GB + 128GB configuration, priced at RMB 3,799 (approximately Rs 40,600), while its 256GB storage option is priced at RMB 4,299 (approximately Rs 46,000).

Dual SIM card (Nano) Oppo Reno 4 Pro runs on Android 10, equipped with ColorOS 7.2 on the top, and equipped with a 6.5-inch full HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) 3D borderless sensing Super AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz, the highest 180Hz touch sampling rate. There is an eight-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G SoC under the hood, coupled with 8GB LPDDR4X RAM. The phone is also equipped with a multi-cooling system that uses a combination of graphite tubes, graphite sheets and copper foil to better heat dissipation.
For photos and videos, Oppo Reno 4 Pro has a quad rear camera setup, including a 48-megapixel main Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.7 lens and an 8-megapixel secondary sensor with ultra-wide-angle lens. The camera setup also has a 2-megapixel macro shooting and a 2-megapixel single shot. In addition, you will get a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 selfie camera sensor on the front with an f/2.4 lens.
Oppo provides camera features, including AI color portrait, night flare portrait, and ultra-dark mode to provide an enhanced camera experience. There is also a 960fps AI slow motion video recording option with 720p resolution. For selfie lovers, the phone has a “super night selfie” mode. The company also provides electronic image stabilization (EIS) support for the front camera sensor.
In terms of storage, Oppo Reno 4 Pro has 128GB of onboard storage space, which can be expanded through a dedicated slot via a microSD card. Connection options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth v5.1, GPS/A-GPS/NaviC, USB Type-C and 3.5mm headphone jack. There is also a built-in fingerprint sensor.
Oppo Reno 4 Pro is equipped with a 4000mAh battery that can be quickly charged via 65W SuperVOOC 2.0. There is also a pre-loaded super power saving mode that allows users to chat on WhatsApp for 1.5 hours or make calls for 77 minutes with only 5% of the battery power. In addition, the size of the phone is 160.2×73.2×7.7mm and the weight is 161 grams.
