On Tuesday, the NBA announced the lineup for this year’s All-Star Celebrity Game.
Both teams feature a ton of characters, and there’s even some NBA talent involved in the game. One of the teams will be coached by Giannis, Ales and Thanasis, along with Los Angeles Dodgers superstar Mookie Betts. Opposing teams will have the trio of Anthony Anderson, Instagram star Deadshot and coach Chris Brickley.

At the ballpark for Antetokounmpo fans, you’ll see stars like Keegan-Michael Key, ESPN’s Shams Charania (just days after the trade deadline), Jeremy Lin, rapper Gloria and Detroit Lions wide receiver Amon-Ra St. Brown, which could be a lot of fun. Anderson’s team includes actor Simu Liu, famous record producer Mustard, Phoenix Suns owner Matt Ishbia, Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Keenan Allen and former NBA guard Jason Williams.
The 2026 edition of Celebrity All-Stars will feature a cast of interesting characters. With the trade deadline approaching, one of the biggest names, Giannis Antetokounmpo, could also be a headliner this week. It’s been reported that he’s made it clear he’s ready to leave Milwaukee, so the timing for this exhibition game couldn’t be perfect.

The NBA couldn’t have set it up any better considering that the man who might break the news of any potential trade involving Antetokounmpo in a few days (Shams) will be on the same team. It doesn’t seem like a coincidence that Shams and Giannis will be in the game and forced to work together. This should be a fun way to start the weekend all Sunday and end with a true All-Star Game.
The 2026 NBA Celebrity All-Star Game will kick off on Friday, February 13 at 7:00 pm ET at the KIA Forum in Inglewood, California, and will air exclusively on ESPN.
