LG has launched its line of UltraGear gaming monitors with models 32GQ950, 32GQ850 and 48GQ900. These gaming monitors feature an all-new design, the latest in display technology, gaming features and connectivity. The flagship monitor, the UltraGear 32GQ950 features a 4K Nano IPS display with Advanced True Wide (ATW) polarizer technology. The second monitor in the series, the UltraGear 32GQ850, features a QHD Nano IPS display with ATW. The South Korean company also unveiled the UltraGear 48GQ900, the brand’s first OLED gaming monitor. Pricing for these monitors has not yet been announced.

LG UltraGear Monitor Price, Availability

LG says the new gaming monitors in the UltraGear series will be available in starting this month. Availability of these displays will expand to other markets, including North America, Europe and Asia. The prices of these monitors have not yet been announced, nor is their availability in India.

LG UltraGear 48GQ900 Specifications

LG’s new UltraGear 48GQ900 is the brand’s first OLED gaming monitor. It features a 47.5-inch OLED display with a 4K UHD resolution (3,840×2,160 pixels). The display has a refresh rate of 120Hz, which can be increased to 138Hz when overclocked. Response time is 0.1ms gray to gray (GtG). This monitor can also be used for PC and console gaming. The monitor’s display features LG’s anti-glare -reflection coating to reduce visual distractions for an immersive gaming experience. For convenience, it also comes with a remote control.

The new OLED gaming monitor also features Nvidia G-Sync and AMD FreeSync Premium for adaptive sync. There are three HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and a USB 3.0 port for connectivity. It also comes with two 20W speakers. There is also a kickstand, but it is not adjustable.

The Korean company has added two new IPS monitors to its line of UltraGear gaming monitors. The flagship model 32GQ950 features a 31.5-inch Nano IPS display with ATW polarizer. The display has a 4K UHD (3,840×2,160 pixels) resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, which can be increased to 160Hz when overclocked. The response time is 1ms GtG. The monitor is VESA DisplayHDR 1000 certified with 1,000 nits of brightness. The monitor has two HDMI 2.1 ports, one DisplayPort, and one USB 3.0 port.

The second monitor, the UltraGear 32GQ850, is also a 31.5-inch Nano IPS monitor with an ATW polarizer, but with QHD (2,560×1,440 pixels) resolution. This monitor has the highest refresh rate of the three — 240Hz and 260Hz when overclocked. The display has a 1ms GtG response time and is VESA DisplayHDR 600 certified. For Adaptive Sync, the monitor features Nvidia G-Sync, AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and VESA Adaptive Sync. For connectivity, it has two HDMI ports, a DisplayPort, and a USB 3.0 port.

Both monitors come with a stand that allows for pivot, height, and tilt adjustments.
