While some prospects like Lemon found the perfect home to fulfill their fantasy potential, others like Concepcion went to Cleveland, which has always been a tough destination for wide receivers.

Quarterback uncertainty and late-season inclement weather games will be routine for Concepcion. However, the reality is that the Browns desperately need a playmaker, and Concepcion is a perfect fit for that role.

If Todd Monken can inject some life into this passing attack and get at least average quarterback performance from Deshaun Watson or Shedeur Sanders, Concepcion could have value in all formats.

Sadly, I’m not sure that level of hope is enough for me to invest in Concepcion this year. Dynasty, however, is another story. He should be off the board midway through the first round of the rookie draft as the No. 1 receiver in the offense (even if it’s the Browns).

Prospect introduction: Concepcion is a high-end athlete and a versatile, dynamic playmaker.

While the 21-year-old may not have lightning straight-line speed, he can still be a threat from deep and can be difficult to deal with in tight quarters.

Considering he’s 6-foot, 196 pounds, his willingness to take on defenders is worth emphasizing. He plays more like a more physical Jordan Addison and offers a higher ceiling than the Vikings receivers.
