Jio has launched a brand new Jio Game Controller in India. It’s a wireless game controller with a long-lasting rechargeable battery. It features a classic lightweight design and a familiar button layout. It houses two vibration motors and two pressure point triggers for an immersive gaming experience. The controller is said to be compatible with various Bluetooth-enabled Android devices. Also, the company claims that the brand new Jio Game Controller has a wireless range of up to 10 meters.

The brand new Jio Game Controller is currently available on Jio official website for Rs. 3,499. It comes in a matte black finish. This controller also offers EMI products.

Jio Game Controller Specifications, Features

This wireless game controller is compatible with Android tablets and Android TVs. However, the company recommends customers to use the controller with the Jio set-top box for the best gaming experience. Launched in August 2019, the Jio STB aims to offer console-like gaming and mixed reality (MR) experiences. It uses Bluetooth v4.1 technology for low-latency connectivity. As mentioned earlier, it is said to have a wireless range of up to 10 meters.

The Jio game controller comes with a rechargeable lithium-ion battery that is said to provide up to 8 hours of battery backup. It has a Micro-USB port for charging the controller. It has a 20-button layout, including two pressure point triggers and an 8-way arrow button. There are also two joysticks. The controller features two vibration feedback motors and supports haptic controls. The size of the controller is 153x58x110mm and the weight is about 200g.
