As Bayern Munich battled to take on Borussia Dortmund from Signal Iduna Park, captain Joshua Kimmich scoring a late goal, you might have noticed that despite their visiting role, the Bayern fan section was quieter than usual. As a result, Bayern Munich star Jamal Musiala was seen approaching the Bayern fan section to ask why they were not actively supporting the club (FCBinside via @iMiaSanMia).
Apparently, the reason was a pre-match clash between extreme fans and Dortmund police involving pepper spray and batons, which resulted in about 500 Bayern fans watching the game in the stadium concourse via TV instead of supporting from their seats (Bild@iMiaSanMia). Dortmund police announced on their behalf that 29 Bayern fans tried to use fake tickets to enter the game.

It looked like at least some fans were back in their seats in the final moments of the game, with Bayern players celebrating alongside hordes of fans, this time with the support they deserved after a decisive win.
At around 5 p.m., police and some Bayern fans clashed. Police used batons and pepper spray on some fans. As a result, 500 fans decided to watch the game in the stadium hall and stopped to support. Dortmund police said 29 Bayern fans tried to enter the away area using counterfeit or unauthorized tickets.
